I am a 72 year old female who has had many many surgerys from broken bones, plus heart attacks and a broken back. have injured my shoulders many times and my ortho. Dr. sugested a shoulder replacement on at least one shoulder. Well he realizes my reluctance toward another surgery that is not life threatening and left it up to me. Since doing your techniques here my pain has greatly reduced and is now bearable. Thanks so much

I go to a chiro and I’ll ask her about these, but they DID help! I got the crunching, cracking too,but if you keep doing it, it subsides.
