Make sure your starting lotion is unscented. Use disposable droppers (one for each essential oil) and do not cross contaminate one to the other. Clary Sage should be avoided when pregnant (although the minimal amount used here should cause no problems).
Adding essential oils to a hot bath will provide very little in aromatherapy as essential oils are very heat and light sensitive. Better to offer to add the same amount of essential oils to some sunflower, olive, or other culinary oil and use as a body or massage oil. Remember to store your essential oils in a dark, cool location, they should also be kept in a well sealed amber glass bottle.

Cinnamon oil is probably the worst oil to use on your skin. Don’t do it. She was more careful with the lavender which is safe to use undiluted on the skin. What kind of expert is she?
