I can appreciate the sentiment. F.M. Alexander was the predecessor of M. Feldenkrais, who was the predecessor of Thomas Hanna, who was my predecessor. All are forms of somatic education.

@Zeropip Back spasms indicate that muscles are conditioned to be too tight all the time. The spasm may subside, but the tightness and the tendency to go into spasm remain until the brain-muscle connection is reconditioned (i.e., by exercises such as these).
