Have a PAIN IN THE NECK? Tried all kinds of pillows at night, but they slip and slide around, ending up with either no support or bad support. Try this simple home-made night time neck piece support. Wear one every night (I have for about 20 years). After chronic neck pain from sitting for years at a computer in the 1980’s, I had therapy on my aching neck. It was like a “toothache in my neck”! Washable and easy to make. If yhou tried it, I hope it helps you as much as it did me.
