Do you wake up achy, stiff, or in pain. Does your lower back or neck hurt? Do your hands feel like they are asleep? Do your first few step make you feel like you are 30 years older than you are? The information in this video is what I show my Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek and Deerfield Patients. We share this so they can enjoy a good nights sleep without needing to see the chiropractor, or needing a chiropractic adjustment just to get moving in the am. Enjoy and share with your friends and family.

Cervical Training Neck Pain Part 3 Dr Matthew Brown Chelsanna.wmv
Neck pain, pinched nerve, herniated disc in the cervical spine, neck stiffness, muscle spasm, stenosis, degenerative osteoarthritis, trigger points, muscle knots – all of these conditions can be the result of old injuries such as whiplash, wrestling, and even injuries that you might not imagine as actual injuries such as neck trauma on the day a baby is born. Cervicogenic headaches, TMJ, bruxism, and torticollis are conditions that might result. This presentation teaches how to minimize the degenerative momentum from spinal joint dysfuction, facet syndrome, and herniated disc.

KT Tape: Middle Back Pain
The middle back is a combination of vertebrae from the upper and middle sections of the back and muscles that run the entire length of the back. These muscles support the spine, flex and extend the torso, move the upper limbs and head, as well as function to keep your body in an upright position. Middle back pain can be attributed to poor posture, weakness in the muscles, overuse, or overly tight/knotted muscles. These conditions can cause muscle imbalance, muscle fatigue, pain, and tears. In some cases, spasms are associated with the pain. This is primarily due to poor nutrient circulation to the nervous system and can be addressed by increasing blood flow. Typical treatments for middle back pain include rest and ice, as well as massage, electrical stimulation (ultrasound), light and frequent stretching, alternating ice and heat, and strength training of the opposing muscle group (the abdominals) to relieve pressure from the back. Using this KT Tape application can relieve pressure from the painful spot and send correct signaling to the muscles that allow them to relax.
