Hello !! This is quite risky for me to upload cause I don’t know if you find it relaxing or if you agree with the music. I was always fascinated but neck massages (gentle touches specifically) so I would like to share this with you. I don’t always want to copy what other whisperers do and that’s why I am trying to come up with new ideas. :) I hope you like it. Music: The man who could fly by Paul Collier

Prolotherapy of Neck by Dr Stanley Lam 林敬熹醫生示範頸椎的保絡治療
Dr Stanley KH Lam, a Musculoskeletal Physician in Hong Kong, demonstrates a typical Prolotherapy procedure to the cervical spine (neck) and its associated structures. Dr.Lam and other Musculoskeletal Physicians of HKIMM have been treating patients from around the world with Prolotherapy and other comprehensive musculoskeletal treatments. Dr Lam and other Musculoskeletal Physicians of HKIMM have found that Prolotherapy is an excellent alternative to surgeries to spine, eg spinal fusion and discectomy. Prolotherapy offers a permanent solution for the ROOT CAUSES of cervical or thoracic problems typically not released with traditional anti-inflammatory treatments, which includes NSAIDs and cortisone injections. These cervical problems include: chronic neck pain, neck stiffness, chronic headache (as a lot of the migraine and tension headache not treated or released by traditional western medications are in fact due to cervical spine problems), and chronic dizziness or vertigo (as cervicogenic dizziness is one of the 3 commonest causes of chronic dizziness or vertigo). The ROOT CAUSES of these chronic pains are usually soft tissue injuries which includes ligaments, tendons, joint capsules and cartilages. KT Tape: Neck and Shoulder
Neck and Shoulder Pain The neck is clearly a vital component of our anatomy due to its responsibility for connecting our brain to the rest of the body. Everything that passes through the neck is vital and relies heavily on proper function of the musculoskeletal system to protect and support these structures. Stress is stored in these muscles and can cause headaches, shoulder pain, and other damaging compensations. Sitting at a computer all day, looking down while running, whiplash, sleeping poorly, or sudden movements and changes in direction are also common causes of neck pain. Factors include muscle strain, ligament sprains, arthritis, spinal subluxations, pinched nerves, knots or adhesions, and countless other musculoskeletal complications. The pain is usually not only felt in the neck itself, but also into the base of the neck and the shoulders. Generally the pain can be categorized into two conditions: muscle strain or myofascial strain. Muscle strain can occur when there is an injury to the muscles of the neck, causing spasm of the cervical and upper back muscles. The strain may result from the physical stresses of everyday life, including poor posture, muscle tension from psychological stress, or poor sleeping habits. Typically symptoms include pain, stiffness, and tightness in the upper back or shoulder. Myofascial pain causes tight and tender areas of muscle that are sensitive to pressure. Myofascial pain in the neck can develop after trauma or with other medical …
